Our Puppy Socials are held in a carefully sanitized environment designed specifically for young puppies. The training space is sanitized before, during, and after each social, and we take additional precautions to help provide a safe environment for puppies who are still completing their vaccination series.

Our goal isn’t simply puppy play. Our goal is to help every puppy build confidence through positive, carefully managed social experiences.

To help every puppy succeed, we divide the room into smaller groups based on confidence, size, and play style. Throughout the social, puppies may move between groups as they become more comfortable. This allows shy or cautious puppies to build confidence at their own pace while more confident puppies continue to enjoy appropriate play.

Throughout the social, our instructors continuously observe and adjust the groups as puppies become more comfortable. Every puppy progresses at their own pace, and our goal is to provide safe, successful experiences that build lifelong social skills. Along the way, they’ll enjoy meeting new puppies, new people, and yes… they’ll probably go home pleasantly exhausted!

Early socialization is critical for your pup’s development. According to the American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior’s (AVSAB) Position Statement  on this topic: “In general, puppies can start puppy socialization classes as early as 7-8 weeks of age. Puppies should receive a minimum of one set of vaccines at least 7 days prior to the first class and a first de-worming. They should be kept up to date throughout the class.”

If you are concerned about the risk of outdoor exposure while your pup in still receiving his vaccine series, we encourage you to carry your pup to and from your vehicle when you attend our socials.
